Hunan's First Blue Book on "Two-oriented" Society Construction Published

Citizens got the first blue book on "Two-oriented" Society---Handbook on "Two-oriented" Society Construction for Citizens in Yuhua District.

On the morning of Nov.11, the first blue book concerning the pilot zone of the "Two-oriented" Society construction of the Chang-Zhu-Tan city cluster of Hunan Province named Handbook on "Two-oriented" Society Construction for Citizens in Yuhua District (handbook) was released in the Chigangling Community of Changsha's Yuhua District.

The representatives of "Two-oriented" Society Construction in various lines put forward their concept in this book-- Changsha BYD Auto: making innovative development and taking lead in green commuting; the Central South Design Institute of China Hydropower Consulting Group: devoting to clean energy ,setting up model for energy conservation ,and serving the "Two-oriented" Society construction; Ziranling Primary School in Yuhua District: to embrace the low-carbon life style and create a civilized campus, to name but a few.

November was then made to study and publicize the handbook province wide, further fuelling the construction of "Two-oriented" Society.
