On the morning of August 20, 2009, professor Yang Wuqiang was appointed as NUC Distinguished Professor at the meeting room, School of Information and Communication Engineering, NUC. Han Yan, Vice-President of NUC, issued the letter of appointment for professor Yang Wuqiang.
After the ceremony, professor Yang Wuqiang gave a report on Electrical capacitance tomography and industrial applications. On Electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) and its industrial application, he had a detailed explanation and illustrated with pictures some instruments and equipment he had developed during recent years.
After the report, he had a face to face exchange and communication with the students.
