Delegation from Vientiane Liao Du Chinese School Visits YUFE

On March 22, Delegation from Vientiane Liao Du Chinese School visited YUFE and Yin Hong, Vice president of YUFE held talks with them.
During the meeting, Lin Zemin, Chairman of Vientiane China Council, Lin JunXiong, President of Liao Du Chinese School, and Tao Ju, Vice president of Liao Du Chinese School introduced the history, system and students of the school respectively. They said YUFE is a university strong in economics and finance and many students of Laos want to study in YUFE. They hope that the two sides will strengthen their cooperation, so that more excellent Laos s students will study in YUFE.

Vice President Yin Hong introduced YUFE and said Liao Du Chinese School is a school with long history, the school made remarkable contribution in the spread of Chinese culture and Chinese language; YUFE welcome more graduates from Liao Du Chinese School to study in YUFE and we will give support on the scholarships. The two sides also discussed the possibilities of setting up the training base for Chinese teachers, Chinese and cultural communication training.
Leaders from ICEO and ASEAN school attended the meeting too. There are more than 40 students from Laos studied in YUFE now, of which four are from Liao Du Chinese School. Liao Du Chinese School will send more graduate to our university in this year. Vientiane Liao Du Chinese School was founded in 1937, and was financed by the local overseas Chinese. There are currently more than 1,900 students in school, and its teaching quality has been among the best in the Laos.
