The Signing Ceremony of Treatment Center for Craniofacial Anomalies between Wenzhou Medical College and Alliance for Smile

On Feb.24, 2009, an agreement was signed between Alliance for Smile and WenzhouMedicalCollege, marking the second collaboration between the two sides on establishing a treatment center for Craniofacial Anomalies and a platform for the charity activity--- Happy Smile Medical Mission .

According to the agreement, Alliance for Smile will provide technical support and training for the medical team while WenzhouMedicalCollege will provide resources and medical staff to carry out the detailed treatment and recovery plan.

Introduced to Wenzhou last May by Mr. Howard He, a successful entrepreneur from Taiwan, it now attracts more local enterprises to finance for this charity program. It is expected that, with the support from the local government and the concerted efforts of WenzhouMedicalCollege and Alliance for Smile, the treatment center will develop into a treatment and training base in Wenzhou and even China, benefiting patients suffering from cleft-lip-and-palate across the country.
