President of Supreme Audit Office of Czech Came to NAU to Give a Lecture

On May 20th, President of Supreme Audit Office of Czech, Mr. Frantisek Dohnal visited Nanjing Audit Universtiy. Mr. Frantisek Dohnal was appointed as honorary professor of NAU in September, 2007. And he was warmly welcomed by NAU s President Wang Jiaxin and other school leaders.

Mr. Frantisek Dohnal congratulated on China's successful World Expo and expressed his confidence in NAU's development.

After a brief meeting with school leaders in the academic lecture hall, Mr. Frantisek Dohnal made a speech entitled The European Union Public Funds: Using and Auditing .

Mr. Frantisek Dohnal started his speech with EU s location. He detailed the history of the evolution of EU and pointed out its financial problems. He compared EU's GDP with other world powers and analyzed EU s political and economic failure and success.

Mr. Frantisek Dohnal pointed out that there would be more complex problems if the investment became more. He expressed his best wishes to the Chinese auditors at the end of his speech.

Mr. Frantisek Dohnal came to China to participate in the the opening ceremony of Czech Expo Hall. Nanjing was the second leg of his visit.
