On the morning of December 18, a delegation from Hong Kong headed by Peter K.F. Cheung, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Department, Hong Kong SAR visited Jinan University. The delegation consists of members in charge of intellectual property affairs from the Intellectual Property Department, Innovation and Technology Commission, Office of the Government Chief Information Officer of the Hong Kong SAR as well as universities including University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
The delegation was by Prof. Jia Yimin, Vice President of Jinan University. Ms. Zhang Sujuan, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department, Ms. Hai Zhen, Assistant Director of the Social Sciences Department, Prof. Fu Qilin, Dean of the Law School and Associate Prof. Wang Aihua from the Law School introduced to the guests about the intellectual property management and personnel training in this field at Jinan University. Then, the two sides exchanged ideas on issues of common interest on intellectual property management.
