On April 1st, Mengniu Dairy Group s overseas workstation (Paris) was established officially in cooperation with Danisco, which marked Mengniu s international strategy had developed in depth.
The workstation is a research institute whose main job is the basic research and development of new products, and which is in charge of researching the basic and applied advanced innovative technologies of international dairy products. The main research interests include the processed cheese, new and high-quality milk desserts, and the industrialization of the featured bacteria.
