On 17 October, 2008, a new metro train for Line 1 of Shenyang Subway was rolled out in CNR Changchun Railway Vehicle Co., Ltd. Shenyang Subway is the first underground in Northeast China and the metro train is also the first metro train in there.
With 3M + 3T, the max speed of the car is 80km/h. The seating capacity is 1,440 in normal and 1,820 in max.
The car adopts light weight B stainless steel car-body and ATO system, which feature anti corrosion, high temperature and long life time.
