People are often confused by the variety of personal insurance products and the complicated terms and conditions. Recently, Ping An launched the one-stop insurance scheme Sanhong Mix ( ) which is a combination of stand-alone products and other possible riders. Using a simplified process, customers report their own health condition with only random examinations required. Increasing numbers of customers should be able to enjoy the one-stop commercial insurance services.
Mr. Nelson Pan, Marketing Director of Ping An, said, according to our analysis of the international market, personal insurance is used to satisfy five needs, but the Chinese market focuses mainly on family, pension and savings requirements. Ping An launched the one-stop insurance scheme to pinpoint these three aspects, as well as casualty needs related to accidents and major illnesses.
