On September 22, Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation, Baosteel International and Brazil-based CVRD signed three projects MOU and an Iron Ore Long-term Purchasing and Sales Contract. Madam Xie Qihua, chairman & president of Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation and Mr. Roger Agnelli, CEO of CVRD attended the signing ceremony and signed some documents. Xu Lejiang and He Wenbo, vice president of Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation, Mr. Amanto Santos, executive vice president of CVRD, Mr. Li Heping, deputy mayor of Shangqiu, Mr. Chen Xuefeng, chairman & president of Yongcheng Coal & Power Co., attended the ceremony. Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation and CVRD signed Shuttle Service-ULOC Project MOU and Letter of Intent for Pellet; Baosteel International and CVRD signed Iron Ore Long-term Purchasing and Sales Contract; Baosteel International, CVRD and Yongcheng Coal & Power Co., signed MOU.
