Xie Qihua, Xu Lejiang Met with Yongmei Chairman of the BOD

On noon of 10th January, Xie Qihua, president of the BOD of Baosteel Group, and Xu Lejiang, general manager of Baosteel Group and chairman of the BOD of Baosteel Ltd., met with Mr. Chen Xuefeng, president of the BOD and secretary of the Party Committee of Yongmei Group, and his party at Yingbin Hall of Baoshan Hotel.
Baosteel and Yongmei became strategic cooperation partner in 2003. Both parties set up 2 companies with joint investment: Zhenglong Coal Mine and Baocheng Energy Source, an unprecedented cooperation between coal mine and steel maker at home. Chen thanked Baosteel for the great support to Yongmei all the time. Both parties exchanged in depth on continuing with the deep-level and multi-aspect cooperation.
Baosteel Group vice general manager Ma Guoqiang was present at the meeting.
