Ms. Xie Qihua, chairwoman of CISA and president of the BOD of Baosteel Group, attended APEC CEO Summit Meeting held at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, Viet Nam from 16th to 18th November. The theme of the Summit Meeting is "Towards One Community: Creating New Opportunities for Shared Development".
In the summit meeting, after the speeches of the leaders of each country were delivered, open discussions, interactive dialogues between country leaders and specialist subgroup discussions were held on the following topics: The status quo of world economy; How would APEC bridge the gap of regional development to promote co-development in the Asia-Pacific region The future and major challenges for Asia-Pacific region.
