Baosteel Co., Ltd. and Gree Electric Appliance Inc Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Recently, Baosteel Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Gree Electric Appliance Inc - the biggest air-conditioner manufacturer in China. Ai Baojun, president of Baosteel Co., Ltd. and Zhu Jianghong signed the agreement on behalf of the respective sides.

According to the agreement, Baosteel Co., Ltd. and Gree Electric Appliance Inc will further deepen their cooperation by strengthening and developing stable and long-term relation between supply and demand on the basis of "strategic cooperation, win-win principle"; both sides agree to widen technical cooperation to develop new product by insisting on joint development and introducing pre-intervention model; to further cooperate in downstream processing, increment of supply chain; to strengthen cooperation in E-commerce to reduce operation cost and improve work efficiency.
