With its outstanding achievements and a famous brand, Shanghai Baoye Construction Corp., Ltd (SBC-MCC) recently won the project of Shanghai Hongqiao railway station recently to provide detail drawing design, fabrication and transportation of the steel structure. This is the second railway project contracted by SBC-MCC since the Suzhou Railway Station project.
Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Passenger Station is the starting station of Beijing -Shanghai High Speed Railway and there are 16 platforms and 30 carriage ways. The total construction area is 289,000 square meters.
The underground floor contracted by SBC-MCC will involve a total steel structure of 13,000 tons.
Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station is the transportation hub of Hongqiao and also a key project of World Expo. Shanghai 2010.
