Xu Shousheng, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of Hunan Province, emphasized that sectors at all levels should highlight people s well-being from 4 aspects as the two festivals (New Year and Chinese Lunar New Year) are approaching during his inspection in Xiangtan City on Dec. 24.

Finally, to focus on social stability and harmony. The letters and visits of the masses should be well handled, the policies of the Party should be vigorously publicized and the ideological work should be deepened.
