Highway Netork Construction
Xinjiang plans to construct a highway network with some 150 billion RMB in 5 years. It plans to build a rural passenger transport network, to lower ticket price and realize public transit in rural areas. Xinjiang also tries to start logistics service relying on rural coach stations, so as to offer convenience and good environment for agricultural byproducts circulation. As for international highway transport, the region tries to link the highways with that in Central Asia, South Asia, West Asia and Europe, so as to provide quality service for XJ's foreign trade.Source:XJTV
