Visit of the Delegation of Mayors of Great Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Finland

On May 7th, a delegation led by Mr. Pajunen, Mayor of Helsinki, Finland, along with the other four Mayors of Helsinki Metropolitan area visited Tongji.
Professor Pei Gang, president of Tongji met with the delegation and expressed his appreciation to Mayor Pajunen s support for the cooperation between Tongji and Aalto University in Finland. Both sides discussed the potential collaboration in the fields of design innovation, environment for sustainable and water disposal. Afterwards, the delegation visited the construction site of the "Aalto-Tongji Design workshop , the 1st step of Sino-Finnish Centre .
