In the afternoon on Oct.5, Li Tieying, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party visited Chongqing Tongwei with many local leaders as his companion, such as He Guoqiang, secretary of Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, Cheng Yiju, the vice mayor, and Liu Guangquan, secretary of Yongchuan Municipal Party Committee.
On Oct.5, the autumn day was clear and the air was bracing. Chongqing Tongwei looked even more spacious, tidy and beautiful in such bright sunny day. Rumble of the modern assembly line came out of the workshop, lots of lorries passed in and out. People were all busy working. At 3:00 pm, the motorcade of Li Tieying, the commissioner, and his party slowly drove into the gate of Chongqing Tongwei Company. As soon as they got off their cars, they were warmly welcomed by Bi Xijing, the vice president of Tongwei Enterprise Group, had come from Tongwei headquarters in Chengdu to meet the leaders here.
Mr. Li and his party merrily visited the factory building, workshop and manufacturing process etc. of Chongqing Tongwei Company, with Bi Xijing, the vice president and Liu Yi, the vice general manager of Chongqing Tongwei Company, as their companions.
During the visiting, vice president Bi briefed the development science research, management and market of Tongwei Enterprise Group. At the sight of magnificent and clean factory building, production assembly line, Mr. Li and his party, secretary He and vice mayor Cheng etc. said, The scope of the company is very extensive. Vice president Bi said, Although annual output of Chongqing Tongwei Company reaches 300 thousand tons, it is not the largest subsidiary of Tongwei Enterprise Group. Mr. Cheng, vice mayor of Chongqing city, said, The assembly line producing 300 thousand tons is the first class equipment imported from world famous British and American companies. On last Jun. 28, I took part in ribbon cutting ceremony of dedication ceremony of project. Mr. Bi continued to report, In July this year, we invested 120 million RMB to build Guangdong Tongwei, which can produce 500 thousand tons each year and has 8 imported automatic assembly lines. At present it is the largest modernized feed factory in China. At these words, Mr. Li praised Tongwei profusely.
During the inspection, Mr. Li paid great attention to health, safety and environmental protection, the problems concerned with feed products. Mr. Bi made reply on these problems, Tongwei strictly follows national law & regulations. Besides, Tongwei institute has focused on developing green feed . The consistent stand of Tongwei is that it will never damage people's health to seek for benefit. Our own staff all like eating the fish, domestic animals feeded on Tongwei feed.
