On March 21, Wang Hengfeng, vice governor of Sichuan province, and a group of leaders from Sichuan Democratic National Construction Association and provincial cultural department visited aquatic research center of Tongwei accompanied by president Liu Hanyuan.
President Liu made a report on construction plan and preparation of the largest aquatic science & technology area in China to vice governor Wang Hengfeng etc. Mr. Wang hoped that Tongwei could grasp the opportunity and gradually turn the blueprint into reality to bring honor to aquiculture development of Chengdu city and Sichuan province.
