Tongwei Co., Ltd. Held the 6th meeting of its first Board plus 2001 Annual Board Conference at Chengdu Minshan Hotel on Jan 26, 2002. The whole Board and the independent directors including Yang Jirui, Wang Ruojun and Huang You (Xiao Zhuoji was absent for poor condition) attended the conference. The company's Supervising Committee and its securities consultant, Huaxia Securities Co., were presented as well. Board Chairman Liu Hanyuan hosted the event.

The conference lasted from 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. Its attendances discussed and approved 13 proposals, including 2001 Board Report, 2001 General Management Report, 2001 Financial Report and 2002 Budget Proposal, 2002 Operation Vision and Investment Planning, Application for stock issue and listing by Tongwei Co., Ltd., etc. During the deliberation, the Board held a full discussion about each proposal; the independent directors commended the company's achievements and offered some good suggestions.
Through the meeting, the Board arranged the company's development and planning, production and operations and its listing plan in 2002, and set new goals for the company. As the Board requires, on the basis of an overall review in 2001, the whole staff should well understand the situations, work hard and fully undertake its responsibilities, enhance the company towards a greater quantity and profit, and hence pay back the investors with better revenue.
