The first Sichuan Provincial Private Youth Entrepreneurs Forum was held on April 23. Chen Dongqi, famous Chinese Economist and Head of Economy Research Institute under State Reform and Development Commission, Hu Rongzhu, Vice President of Tongwei Group, and Hua Xin, Board Chairman of Maipu Group, attended the forum and made speeches.
On this forum, Dr. Chen Dongqi enunciated in simple language the profound theories, from macro policies to micro operation, on the unprecedented opportunities faced with private economy as well as what elementary qualities an private entrepreneur should possess, which has been highly applauded by the audience. Vice President Hu Rongzhu made a speech on the special topic of "The Way for Development of Tongwei Group". In talking about the advanced experience on management of Tongwei Group, Hu said People First has become the mainstay concept on management for contemporary enterprises. Managers of Tongwei Group, in formulating development objectives, have been endeavoring to construct a mechanism featuring openness, transparency, and participation by every staff in order to make every staff understand and identify themselves with the development objectives of the enterprise. And as a result, every staff will regard the development objectives of the enterprise as their own and will actively cooperate with each other in and struggle for the realization of such objectives.
