Ninth session of first meeting of TONGWEI Co., Ltd. directors was held at the headquarters of the Company on April 15. Chairman Liu Hanyuan, directors Guan Yamei, Guan Yawei, Xiang Chuan, Yan Hu, Ma Chaoming and independent directors Yang Jirui, Wang Ruojun, Huang You were presented at the meeting. Independent director Xiao Zhuoji was absent because of his health. The Company's supervisors and persons relative to West Securities attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. Chairman Liu Hanyuan hosted the meeting.
The meeting began at 9:00 in the morning. On behalf of TONGWEI Co., Ltd., Chairman Liu Hanyuan appreciated all independent directors attending the meeting in spite of busy work at first.
The meeting reviewed and passed seventeen resolutions: Report on 2002 Work of Company's Directorate, Report on 2002 Work of Company's General Manager, Report on 2002 Financial Final Accounts and 2003 Budget Program, 2003 Company's Operational Policy And Investment Program, Resolution on Revision of Articles of Association of TONGWEI Co., Ltd., etc.When reviewing, directors seriously enforced their rights and performed their duties on the principle of assiduity and aquittal, and earnestly and well discussed all the resolutions.
This meeting made a further deployment and put forward new requirements to 2003 developing program, managing production and operation, listing work and expanding development. The meeting called for making greater efforts to achieve, on the basis of 2002 work, bigger breakthrough in both production and benefit in 2003, and to get nicer achievements back to investors.
After the meeting all the attendants had a group photo taken for memory.
