On Jan. 24, the appraisal of Sichuan Top Ten Celebrity of Finance & Economy made its proclamation.President of the group, Liu Hanyuan acquired the laurels of"2002 Sichuan Top Ten Celebrity of Finance & Economy" and "2002 Man of the Time".
