On November 6, Tongwei Corp held 2007 Tongwei Exchange on Livestock/Poultry Feeds & Nutrition Technologies at Rongcheng. As the first large-scale technical exchange sponsored by the corporation since its technical center was accredited to be national class, it ushered in a new stage of Tongwei Corp s technical innovation on livestock and poultry feeds.
The exchange invited the most prestigeous experts in feeds and nutrition technologies to share the new findings, thoughts and trends in this trade. They included dean of Feeds Research Institute of CAAS (Chinese Academy of Agricultral Sciences) Dr. Cai Huiyi, Ph.D advisor of Nutrition Research Institute of Sichuan University of Agriculture Prof. Wang Kangning, vice dean of CAAS Hunsbandry Research Institute Dr. Wen Jie, deputy director of Ministry of Agriculture Feeds Industrial Center Dr. Qiao Shiyan, and nutrition expert from Trouw Nutrition USA Dr. Sun Anquan. The experts remarked particularly that Tongwei s livestock and poultry research and applied technologies, after years of practice and trial, had gradually proven to be state-of-the-art in the industry.
