From Mar 3 to Mar 15, the fifth session of the Tenth National Committee of CPPCC was held in Beijing. During the NPC and CPPCC, Chairman Liu Hanyuan, as a member of the CPPCC National Committee, conscientiously discharged his duties of political consultation, democratic supervision and participation and deliberation of state affairs.
