Kunming University of Science and Technology Visit YUFE

On the afternoon of March 10, 2010, a group of seven led by Chen Haoming, Vice President in charge of external affairs at Kunming University of Science and Engineering visited YUFE. Others in the group included leaders from the External Affairs Office, the School of International Culture Exchange, the Students Management Center and the Asset Management Office. The group had a meeting with Vice President Wang Lilin, Guo Gang, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Pan Xuedong, Vice Dean of the International Business School, and Jin Xingguo, Secretary of the ASEAN School.

During the meeting, Vice President Cheng Haoming expressed the need to vigorously promote education internationalization. He also expressed his hope that his university might strengthen cooperation and exchange with YUFE. Then, Director Deng of the External Affairs Office introduced their international enrollment, international cooperation and exchange, and foreign students management plans.

Vice President Wang Libin gave a detailed introduction on the topics of using internal exchange as an organizational setting for international exchange and cooperation, and using Chinese-foreign cooperation in planning programs for teachers and foreign students. He also listened carefully to the experience and opinions of leaders from Kunming University of Science and Technology.
