On November 5th, a delegation from Dien Bien Provincial Education Department led by Ruan Shishi, Deputy Director-general visited YUFE and had a meeting with Vice Presidents Yin Hong and Zhou Yue. Accompanying the delegation were some Vietnamese students studying at YUFE on the Dien Bien Provincial Fund.
During the meeting, the two sides negotiated and reached consensus on issues such as the selection of oversea students, training of civil servants and academic cooperation.
