The Office of Personnel of Vinh Ph c, Vietnam Visits Yunnan University of Finance and Economics

On October 8, Ruan Wenqi, the deputy director general of the Office of Personnel of Vinh Phuc, Vietnam, led a delegation to visit Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. Vice president Yin Hong met the delegation and attended the opening ceremony for the second class of foreign students from Vinh Phuc, Vietnam.

The two sides exchanged in-depth opinions about the relevant issues on the cooperation between Vinh Phuc, Vietnam and Yunnan University.
Relevant leaders from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange and the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) School also attended the conference and the opening ceremony.

So far, two groups of excellent high school graduates from Vinh Phuc, Vietnam, have been sent to study at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics.
