Regional Director of HEC Mantreal International Projects Visited CQMU

Hassan Taghavai, Regional Director of HEC Mantreal International Projects, visited our university on May 23, 2008. Entrusted by President Lei Han and Foreign Affairs Office of our university, Zhou Jianjun, Chairman of President???s Office, warmly welcomed the guest on behalf of the university and held a meeting with him on the intercollegiate exchanges.
HEC Montreal is a renowned business school in Canada. It also holds a coveted place in the ranks of the world???s great business schools. Since 1983, it has cooperated in executive education with various Chinese local governments, companies and universities such as Tsinghua University, Renmin University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
During the meeting, Mr. Zhou Jianjun introduced to the guest our university???s achievements in disciplinary and talent development in recent years and expressed his appreciation to HEC Montreal???s quality training of executives. He also congratulated HEC Montreal on its successful partnership with the relevant organizations and institutes in China. Mr. Taghavai introduced their executive education of healthcare management and discussed with Mr. Zhou the possibility of partnership with our university.
In the company of Mr. Zhou, Mr. Taghavai visited the History Showroom of our university, where he admired the HIFU knife whose independent intellectual property right our university possesses and he praised highly our strength in scientific research.
