PSU Vice President's Visit to GDUT Paid

On March 13, University President Zhang Xiangwei and Vice President Chen Xin met the visiting Vice President of Prince of Songkla University, Mr Phichit Rerngsangvatana, in the main campus. The hosts first expressed their warm welcome to the guests at the beginning of the meeting. The visiting vice president began by extending his gratitude to the University for its hospitality and considerate arrangements shown in hosting the four delegations from PSU.
In the meeting, both sides spoke highly of the cooperative relationships maintained. Consensuses were reached on enhancing staff and student exchange programs, especially on long term student exchange programs and joint educational cooperation. Mr. Rerngsangvatana hoped that relationships between the two universities would further be promoted and enhanced.
After the meeting, the guests visited the University's Practical Training Center and laboratories. A lecture on Thai Education was also delivered by PSU professors. On the same night, University Vice President Chen Xin and his PSU counterpart attended and addressed the Sino-Thai Student Party staged by students from GDUT and PSU student delegation in Dongfeng Road campus.
