CNU Launches First Undergraduate Inquiry Curriculum

Teaching Steering Committee of CNU held a meeting on Oct. 17 to appraise the first group of course declarations for launching the Undergraduate Inquiry Curriculum. According to the related requirements, administrative measures and appraisal index of Administrative Measures on the Undergraduate Inquiry Curriculum of CNU (for Trial Implementation) (No. 200745), the committee memebers have approved the 2007 Undergraduate Inquiry Curriculum for 25 courses among all courses.
The Undergraduate Inquiry Curriculum is a new teaching construction program firstly initiated this year for CNU to improve undergraduate education quality, promote undergraduate education development comprehensively. This construction program focuses on undergraduate education directly, strengthens reforms for contents and methods of undergraduate education, continuously upgrade the academic level of teaching contents, train and consolidate thinking and discovery capabilities of finding, analyzing and solving problems for students by emphasis and concentration on problem establishment, discussion, and training students problem consciousness.
