Delegation of UMN Visit CNU

On Jan.16, the 4-member Delegation of UMN led by Dean of the University of Minnesota Law School, Professor Fred L. Morrison paid a visit to CNU. Dean of College of International Education, Liu Xiaotian, and Dean of College of Politics and Law, Wang Shuyin interviewed the delegation.
Both parties introduced current situation of their own universities respectively, discussed some topics, such as instructor exchange of law school, exchange students, etc, and carried on negotiation over some detailed events, e.g. co-construction of Confucius Institute by two universities, and UMN responsible for higher education of CNU in US and innovation training project.
The University of Minnesota Law School has a very high academic level, ranked the US 19th Best University. Professor Fred L. Morrison, a famous law expert in the University of Minnesota Law School, has a good friendly relationship with China, and he thinks there is a large development space for faculty and student exchange between two universities.
