Thirteen BIFT Students Harvest Fashion Gold Medals at Home and Abroad

Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology students won a lion s share of gold medals in domestic and international fashion contests throughout 2008. Lu Xintong was crowned the female champion model at the New Silk Road National Model Pageant and Wei Xiaorong became the champion male model. Six students were recognized as Best Business Wear Models at the China Fashion Contest. Lv Ye captured the gold prize in the 5th Haosha Cup Swimsuit Design Contest. Bian Huizhong achieved first place at the 2008 National College Suit-Dress Design Contest. Wang Xiaofei wears the tiara for the Best Design Notion at the German Red Dot Design Grand Prix. Zhang Lei put on the crown at the Genuine Leather Hallmark Cup National Leathers & Furs Design Contest. And Li Yingjie pocketed the gold medal for the Genuine Leather Hallmark Cup National Concept Footwear Design Contest.
