On the afternoon of September 30, 2009, Prof.Fang Yu, President of Shaanxi Normal University (SNNU) met with Ms. Sandie Mond, the headmistress of Park Road Primary School the U.S., and Ms. Sharon Crain at Qixia Yuan.
