| The research achievements | Study on Strategic Behaviors of Chinese Enterprises in Transition winning the first prize |
Recently, the State Ministry of Education has released the winner list of Excellent Higher Education Scientific Research (social sciences and humanities) Award. Six research achievements of SCUT are among the awardees, with one first, one second and four third prizes. And the total number of the first prize is 38 this year.
Held every three years, the Excellent Higher Education Scientific Research (social sciences and humanities) Award presented by the State Ministry of Education is the highest prize in social sciences and humanities research outputs in the country. Since its launch in 1995, the prize-awarding has been held for 4 times. There are altogether 648 achievements got awarded in this session, including 38 first prize winners, 205 second winners, 392 third winners and 13 winners of the Achievement Popularization Award.
