The fifth China-US Magnetic Fusion Collaboration Workshop was held at HUST on May 5-7. 65 experts from the two nations attended the workshop, exchanging views on Plasma and Fusion Technology, Fusion Reactor and Power Plant Design, Theory and Simulation, etc.
It is said that to date the workshop is the highest level academic workshop for the scientific cooperation between the Chinese government and American government.
