The 2010 graduation ceremony for Tanzania government sponsored students was held on June 18. Guests from the Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania in Beijing, the Chinese Ministry of Education, the Chinese Scholarship Council as well as the University Leaders and all the graduates and their families attended the celebration.
The whole ceremony was held in happy spirits. The vice president of our university and other gusts expressed their congratulations and blessings to all the graduates in this class. They believed that these students will make great contributes to their country s development and strengthen the friendship between China and Tanzania after they went back to Tanzania. Besides, the students also expressed their thanks to teachers and our university. They said they were unwilling to leave this campus and they would miss this big family much in the future.
In the afternoon, all the students had a discussion with the officers from the Chinese Scholarship Council and teachers of our university. Many graduates shared their experiences and difficulties during the several years in China in the discussion. And the ways they solved their problems and their suggestions to us will be much precious to the international work for our university.
