On February 27, 2009, representatives of the Cyrus Tang Foundation Yu Qin, Zhang Yongqin and Xuan Hong from the foundation's Jiangsu office visited USTC to inspect the implementation of the foundation's projects, activities of student groups, awarding of the Cyrus Tang Scholarship, and lives and studies of the scholarship recipients.
