2008 Anzhong Scientific Technology Prize

On November 3, 2009, the awarding ceremony of the 2008 Anzhong Scientific Technology Prize was held at the InternationalConferenceCenter, Zijingang Campus. 38 projects of science and technology won the prize, among which 15 won the first prizes and 23 the second.

University Chancellor Xi Zhang, General ManagerHenrong Zhao from Ronghua Textile Company, Indonesia, President Hengwen Zhao and his wife Yuling Yang from Hongkong Ronghua Textile Limited Company, Former President Xinping Wu from Ninbo University, attended the event and awarded prizes to representatives of faculty members. The awarding ceremony was hosted by Deputy President Mingjiang Ni.

Before the ceremony, in memory of Mr. Anzhong Zhao, who passed away two years ago, his family and friends presented flowers to his statue located in Anzhong Building, Zijingang Campus. Leaders, representatives of faculty members and students from various departments and schools participated in the awarding ceremony.
