UAE-based carrier RAK Airways will be expanding its route network to Bangladesh. Effective December 15, the airline will offer thrice-weekly flights to Dhaka and Chittagong respectively, according to a report in Travel Daily India.
Bangladesh is now looking to the UAE as a full-fledged trading partner. Omar Jahameh, CEO, RAK Airways, was quoted as having said that passengers could now take advantage of the latent trade opportunities between the two countries.
