AirAsia X wings it to gay Paree

AirAsia X has announced a new Paris routing. The Malaysian carrier will begin a four-times weekly flight from Kuala Lumpur to Paris Orly, beginning February 14, 2011. Paris will be the second European destination offered by AirAsia X, the first being a daily service to London Stansted.
Between July 2009-July 2010, over 4 million O+D passengers flew between France and Asia, with Air France currently capturing 24% of this market. The existing service between Kuala Lumpur and Paris (Charles de Gaulle) is currently operated by Malaysia Airlines; over 79,000 O+D passengers flew this route between July2009-July2010, with the airline capturing 56% of this traffic.
