In the morning of February 28th, TISCO held annual science and technology quality working conference. In 2010, around the annual budget goal of company, science and technology quality system actively responded to the challenge of negative factors such as original fuel prices rising, market prices dropping and etc, with new product application field further expanded and product structure further optimized, key products like stainless steel, cold rolled silicon steel and carbon steel created high record continuously; resource utilization made new breakthrough, burden structure optimization cost reduction achieved significant effect, annual benefit increased 657 million Yuan; through process improvement and standardized operation, product quality was stable controlled, quality technical economic indexes were obviously progressed; innovation platform was further improved, technical innovation ability got new improvement; Six sigma promotion got continuously deepen, four systems integration achieved staged achievement, product certification scope got further expansion.

In 2011, technology and quality working will closely around the long-term development strategy planning of company. By grabbing the opportunity, facing innovation mechanism and methods on market and site, TISCO will continue to optimize the structure of products, promote high-end product development and market advantage, develop new products with rapid speed and good quality; TISCO will continue to improve strengthen burden structure optimization and product manufacturing technology, improve the technical and economic indexes, the comprehensively reduce product manufacturing costs; under the precondition of promoting standardization operation, TISCO will develop process optimization and standards, upgrade the product quality, reduce scrap and non-plan products; taking six sigma improvement as the core, TISCO will continue to implement quality improvement, build the brand, realize loyalty to customer; TISCO will strengthen development and innovation ability construction, perfect technology innovation system of company, strengthen the proprietary technology and patent technology management, improve the knowledge management level of company.
