On September 23, 2009, two vice presidents of Gifu University s, Sukitosintai and Shujidohi together with their delegation, visited Shaanxi Normal University (SNNU). Vice president Zhang Jianxiang met with this delegation at Qixia Yuan, and had a friendly discussion with Japanese guests about academic exchanges and communication between Gifu University and Shaanxi Normal University.
Both parties made a deep and thorough exchange about conducting programs concerning academic exchanges, joint-cultivation of postgraduates and undergraduates, etc. between College of Tourism & Environment SNNU and Faculty of Regional Studies in Gifu University. Based upon this meeting, the two parties agreed to keep on enhancing cooperation and communication between both sides, and took effective measures to carry out discussed issues and programs. (trans.
