On Sept, 16th, a delegation led by the President and CEO of the USA National Pavilion,Shanghai Expo 2010 visited SDU and attended the university s Face to Face Forum to give a presentation on US history and culture to SDU students. Mr. Alintuck played a promotion video of the USA pavilion and introduced the relation between the USA and the Expo and the significance of the Shanghai Expo to the USA. He also elaborated the creativity, preparation, and operation of the USA pavilion. Later, he answered students questions about the construction concepts and dimensions of material selection of the USA pavilion and about American culture The delegation also included the First Secretary of the US Embassy in China, Scott Urbom and officials from the Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Province, Prof. Tong Prof. Guangwu, Director of SDU International Office, also attended the event.
