Mr. Xie Hongguang, Deputy Commissioner of NBS, and President of Chinese Association of Market Information and Research (CAMIR) interviewed the Delegation headed by Mr. Norio Taori, President and Representative Director of Japanese Marketing Research Association (JMRA), and Japan Intage Co., Ltd. on March 3.
Mr. Xie Hongguang expressed warmly welcome to the Delegation. Mr. Xie pointed out that, the experiences of JMRA posses the references to the CAMIR, the combination of official and civil statistics is the development trend of the future, hope that both sides will carry out more extensive and in-depth cooperation. Mr. Xie expressed that NBS will continuing support the works of CAMIR, and the communication and cooperation with the JMRA run true to form.
Mr. Norio Taori carried out a brief introduction on the main activities of the JMRA, focused on the development trend of Japanese market research industry. Such as, the implementation of Personal Information Protection Act made a greater difficulty to the market survey; the proportion of rapidly expanding network survey; part of the official survey gradually opening up to civil society, survey commissioned by the civil institutions to conduct investigations, and so on. Mr. Norio Taori expressed appreciation for the help and support of Chinese government agencies to the Association. Messrs. Xu Tiefu, Director-General and Vice-President of China Economic Monitoring & Analysis Center (CEMAC), and CAMIR; Du Weiqun, Director-General and Vice-President of Department of International Cooperation, and CAMIR; Pan Jiancheng, Deputy Director-General of CEMAC, attended the meeting. |
