CSR s Application for A Share IPO Approved

On June 30^th, the Public Offering Auditing Commission under CSRC held its 93^rd session to examine CSR s application for A share IPO, and the result was released at the CSRC website on the same day: China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock Corporation Limited s application for public offering IPO was approved.

Before that, the Public Offering Auditing Commission published a notice for its 93^rd session of 2008 on June 26^th, in which it was declared that the 93^rd session of the Public Offering Auditing Commission in 2008 will be held on June 30^th of 2008 and the commission members to attend the session and the public offering applicant to be audited were also specified. At the same time, CSR s A share prospectus draft to be examined was also released at CSRC s website.
