First Energy-saving Promotion Fair of Public Institutions Held

The first promotion fair on the latest products and technologies of public institutions of Hunan Province was started on Nov.30 and will last three days. 21 local bellwether companies engaged in energy conservation including Wasion Group (Changsha) and Hunan ILIDA Industry Co., Ltd. are to display their latest achievements on the fair.
Over 200 representatives from Hunan-based units from the central authorities, organs under the direct administration of the provincial government and from enterprises at city (prefecture) level or county level participated in the fair on the first day and conducted negotiation there.
The goals of the fair are to earnestly push forward the energy-saving work of public institutions during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period (2011-2015), to promote and popularize the application of new products and technologies, to constantly strengthen the energy-saving awareness and improve work capabilities, and to give full play to the exemplary role of these institutions in other programs alike.
The fair was also said to be the first one of its kind nationwide, and is bound to propel the universalization and application of the latest products and technologies in public institutions.
