The bureaus of commerce in Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan cities signed a framework agreement on co-building a liquor supervision platform on Dec.24. This is the first inter-city cooperative contract on liquor monitoring in China.
The liquor circulation and trade volume of the three cities account for over 60% of Hunan s total. The co-building of the platform aiming to strengthen liquor management not only meets the need of ensuring food safety, but also fulfills the demand of the Two-oriented Society construction.
One of key agendas of the contract is to establish a management system on liquor circulation and tracing covering the three cities. To effectively monitor the circulation network, the three cities join hands in pushing forward the pilot work on electronization with attached sheet. From now on, with the help of the Internet, the Internet of Things and the two-dimensional code, a whole course of tracing management of liquor can be realized covering production, wholesale, retail and consumption. Besides, the three cities are to co-build 5 cooperative platforms including target monitoring system, communication system, information platform, publicity platform, and joint mechanism of law enforcement.
