USTB and The University of Monash signed cooperation agreement

President Xu Jinwu, Vice President Zhang Yue and Sun Dongbai met on December 3 with visiting Australian delegation from Monash University led by Professor Xiaodong CHEN, Associate Dean International of the Australia-China Consortium on Engineering Education and Research (ACCEER).
Delegation members were briefed on the basic information and the latest updates of international cooperation of USTB. And Professor Xiaodong CHEN also introduced School of Engineering to his USTB counterparts. Later, Vice President Zhang Yue and Professor Mark Thompson, dean of mechanical engineering department, inked the cooperation agreement to set up ties.
After the meeting, delegation members paid a visit to the State Key Laboratories, School of Mechanical Engineering and School of Applied Science.
