Ruth Wangari:the exciting trip in China

I Ruth Wangari was one of the chosen few who went on a trip to China. This was my dream come true because I never thought I would be able to fly on an aero plane to go to a foreign country.

The journey was safe and we reached our destination-Beijing and travelled by bus to Tianjin. We arrived at the hotel where we were to spend the rest of our stay in a prestigious hotel called Holiday Inn.

The next day we were taken to the factory. The Tasly Headquarters where we were welcomed by a band and also by the president of Tasly Dr. Yan and the whole Tasly managements. After the welcoming ceremony, we were taken inside the factory where we were shown how the products are manufactured and where they are packed. I was excited to see how our company is well organized and has many resources and also had the assurance that Tasly is a big company with a great future.

Later, we were taken to a class where we were motivated and addressed by Dr. Bruce who is the Marketing Manager for Malaysia, where we were given tips and advice on how to run the business.

After a long day, we had dinner with the Tasly president, Dr. Yan who advised us to focus on our work and maintain our zeal for the future.
I want to give thanks to Tasly Africa for enabling me to travel to China, I have realized Tasly is bigger than I ever thought. God bless Tasly.
